Amazing food, much of it locally sourced. As a Korean American, it was incredible to see a fine-dining Korean restaurant in the middle of the Catskills. What a surprise, and what a great dining experience. Thank you to everyone here for the warmth of service as well.

Enjoyed an incredible meal here at Threshold. The service, the food and the atmosphere combined for a very special date night and we can’t wait to return! They really made us feel like we were at home and it’s a meal we won’t forget anytime soon.

What an amazing addition to Sullivan County which otherwise lacks great Asian food. The owners and chef really care about creating an authentic Korean experience featuring a lot of local products. The menu changes seasonally and the cocktails are really good, too.

I don’t know what we did to deserve the Threshold team deciding to set up shop in Livingston Manor, but they have raised the bar on the culinary experience in our little neck of the woods. The food is truly fantastic — last night we were talking about how it seems to get better every time we go, with unusual and genuinely delightful flavors across the board. On top of that, they’ve curated a great atmosphere, the service is so friendly and fun, drinks are always delicious, and they don’t ignore the local community. We sat on the outdoor patio under the heater last night and enjoyed the tuna bites (must order), cured trout, grilled romaine, veggie fritters, and chicken with sesame leaf and gochujang. They nailed every dish. Thank you to the amazing team! As always, we’ll be back again soon!!

A modern take Korean fare. The tuna bites and vegetable fritters are amazing. Steak was cooked great. Make sure to have a reservation !

Anniversary dinner at this gem of a restaurant outside of a little town in the Catskills. We will book another trip to the area just to eat here again. Our dinning experience was perfect in every way. Tuna bites, local trout, out of this world chicken and vegan bay leaf soft serve. The service was lovely, the decor was stylish and cozy and Chef Tom’s food took us on an adventure.

What a treat! I would never have expected to come across a cool, loungey, retro vibe, Korean spot just outside Livingston Manor. I only stopped in for a snack, but the beef tartare and the asparagus were both delicious. My mocktail was beautifully presented. And I always give two big thumbs up to any business in this area that remains open most of the week - so many places are only open to catch the tourists in the weekends. Will definitely be back.
